Personal data we collect

We may collect information you provide through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or other direct contact, including your name, email address, telephone number, whether you are enquiring as a family, school, candidate or partner, and information about your schooling, recruitment, organisational or service needs. If you apply for a role, we may also receive information contained in your CV and application. The website may collect limited technical information such as browser, device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, and through essential hosting, security or analytics tools.

How we use personal data

We may use personal data to respond to enquiries; arrange consultations; assess and provide our education, admissions, recruitment, people and advisory services, and any related services we may introduce; communicate with families, schools, candidates and partners; manage recruitment and job applications; operate, secure and improve the website; maintain business and legal records; and comply with applicable law — together with purposes reasonably related to these, as permitted by the PDPA. With your consent, or as otherwise permitted, we may also send you updates about our services; you may opt out of these at any time. We will not sell personal data, and we will use or disclose it only for appropriate purposes that have been notified to you, unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

Consent and withdrawal

By voluntarily providing personal data for an enquiry, application or service request, you consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the relevant purposes described above. You may withdraw consent by contacting us. We will explain any practical or legal consequences and stop future collection, use or disclosure where required, subject to reasonable notice and any continuing legal or business need.

Sharing and service providers

We may share personal data with schools, families, candidates, partners or service providers where necessary to handle your request or provide an agreed service, and where appropriate consent or another lawful basis applies. Service providers may include website hosting, form, email, communications, analytics, CRM or recruitment providers. Where we process personal data on behalf of a school or organisation client, we do so under that organisation’s instructions and any agreements in place with them, and we handle that data with strict confidentiality. We may also disclose information where required by law or a public authority.

Overseas transfers

Some service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we will take appropriate steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

Protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or similar risks. We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of.

Access, correction and questions

You may ask to access or correct personal data held about you, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy question or complaint by contacting our Data Protection Officer or designated privacy contact at the email address shown on this page. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and applicable exceptions under the PDPA may apply.

Data breaches

If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by the PDPA.

This website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and 3C Consultancy is not responsible for how those third parties handle personal data.

Changes to this policy
